Ingredients:

Preparation:

  • Wash very well the vegetables
  • Prepare a baking tray and oil it with olive oil
  • Oil the veggies with coconut oil or olive oil
  • Place the kale and the spinach in baking tray
  • Add salt
  • Squeeze the lime on top
  • Cok preheated oven at 200 C for 16/18
