Since I have changed my diet going vegetarian and caring more about the environment trying to use ethical products, I have started to care a lot more about what I am putting on my skin too.

I was totally done with the crap that the main makeup and beauty brands on the main streets were offering and so I started looking for alternatives.

Now I only shop on websites that promote an organic and natural lifestyle, have a cruelty-free approach and sell free from parabens and chemicals products.

I don’t use too much makeup but there are 3 items that have become part of my daily routine:

1. Zap and Clear Serum for Blemishes and Imperfections

It is certified 88% organic, fairly traded, vegan and it contains Organic Aloe Vera, Black Willow Bark, Rosehip, Chamomile & Tea Tree.

It is very effective in spot-clearing immediately with strong antibacterial action.

I bought it from The Green People Company: the delivery was fairly quick and the package was made of recycled paper <3.

2. Longlasting and moisturising lipsticks

All the lipsticks are made with organic jojoba oil, rose wax and candelilla wax and they come in a range of gorgeous colours, vegan, homemade, cruelty-free and zero waste as most of the products are not sold in packages.

My colour is called CONFIDENCE and I bought it from Lush (one of my favourites!, I shop quite a lot there, see here the other Lush products I love)

3. Black Liquid Eyeliner

Natural and safe organic liquid eyeliner for sensitive and allergy-prone eyes, dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, it is ideal for people who wear contact lenses too, made with high-quality organic blossom extracts and organic oils such as organic argan oil.

I bought it from Lavera, that has been selling natural and organic beauty products and make up for the last 25 years.
