My stomach has always been my sensitive spot, every time I go through changes, stressing times or simply the season changes, I get pains, colics and digestive problems that effect of course my daily life.

Up until a few months ago, I would cure with paracetamol, pantoprazole and other chemical stuff prescribed by my doctor.

Now, that I have started being more and more conscious about the food, and in general the unhealthy substances that I have been used for years poisoning my body, I use only “natural” (as natural it can be something already processed and packed) ingredients to help my stomach.

There are 3 ingredients I couldn’t live without right now are in fact considered, natural antibiotics:

Honey (raw and organic):
it helps to release the stress, rebalance the PH of the skin, it offers antibacterial activity, providing a protective barrier to prevent infection.

Apple cider vinegar:

It cleanses your guts helping to expel the liquid or unwanted substances that sometimes are held in our digestive system, and It kills bacteria.
You can use few tablespoons a day to dress salads or food, or, if you feel your inside needs to be clean properly, you can mix 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 spoons of water and drink it every morning for 5/7 days until you feel better. I wouldn’t advise to use it every day but 5/7 days every month or 2, can actually help. Don’t drink it “raw”, always mix it with water as it quite strong!

It helps with chronic indigestion, in lowering the risk of infections and in preventing nausea.

How I use ginger, honey and apple cider vinegar to cleanse the inside of my body:

Ginger tea once a day: clean and peel a piece of ginger, put it in a mug, cover it with very hot water, let it rest for few minutes and drink it.

Honey: I eat a spoon of raw honey every day, especially before going to bed as it releases the stress and it helps me to calm myself down after busy days.

Apple cider vinegar: I drink it mixed with water (50%- 50% ratio) every morning for 5/7 days every month. I also use it twice a day (morning and before going to bed) as a tonic on my skin to help my acne, to reduce scars and to remove dead skin and dirt (even here use a 50% – 50% ratio). The apple cider vinegar needs to be organic, not filtered and still containing the “mother” inside (Bragg is the most famous brand).
