There are several natural ways to help skin discomfort, either caused by acne or simple physiological changes. There is no need to bombard your skin with chemicals, expensive products or medicines….most of the times a simple homemade mask can help quite a lot as a relief.

I have got a very sensitive skin with a tendency to become quite red and dry during the winter or windy days and a mild acne on my forehead. This mask helps me to get rid of the itchiness, lighten scars and keep my skin hydrated for 24 hours straight without using any face cream.

Ingredients:

  • half a lemon
  • 2 spoons of raw organic honey
  • 2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil

Mix everything, put it on your face and leave it for 30 minutes. Rinse and repeat every 2/3 days.
