Light but filling, the hot potatoes salad is perfect as a vegetarian main meal or as a side with any meat or fish.

I wanted to do something a little bit different and so I have tried to mix in a pan for 25 minutes under a medium flame, small potatoes, carrots, asparagus, red sweet apples (previously peeled and cut in pieces) and cooked everything in coconut oil and water.

The result is super delicate and healthy!
