Due to my allergies, I cannot eat anything containing eggs, yeasts and common flours so I am always looking for alternatives trying new recipes out.

Well, this hasn’t been my best attempt so far but if you are looking to make alternative breakfast biscuits, trying putting together the following ingredients and cook them in the oven for 20/25 minutes at 180* degrees.

  • 200 gr of rice flour
  • 50 gr of potatoes flour
  • 90 gr of brown sugar
  • Coconut powder
  • Soya milk
  • Coconut oil

The taste was actually good but they turned out so hard that I had to dip them in my tea to avoid to break my teeth. 😹

I still don’t understand what went wrong so If you have any suggestion, please go ahead!
